I started out writing romantic comedy and chick lit, but have been an avid erotic romance reader for the past couple of years. I'd never considered writing erotic romance until three fellow writers--also students in the Writing Popular Fiction program--suggested to me that I try my hand at erotica. I was curious yet puzzled at their suggestion, but it's an idea I've toyed with ever since.

When the Loose Id March Madness contest was announced, I decided to give writing erotica a whirl. Much to my delight, I advanced through each bracket into the final two, and while I might not have won, simply being runner up was enough to get my first erotic story attached to a publishing contract and an editor.

The story, "Heavenly Bodies," is what I like to call a paranormal full-figured erotic comedy featuring a plus-sized comedienne and her very hot guardian angel.

That's something else you should know about my writing--I only have full-figured heroines, which was a conscious decision on my part. Like my bio says, I'm sick of reading about skinny women having all the fun--we big girls need love (and sex) too, dammit!

So if you like reading about full-figured heroines, I'm the writer for you. I promise to provide hot sex scenes, slight paranormal elements, even hotter heroes and lots of laughs.
