Welcome to the website of Renae Johnson, runner-up in the Loose Id 2008 March Madness Contest. Renae's story, "Heavenly Bodies," is featured in the Loose Id anthology Going Up, Going Down, which was released July 22, 2008.

While my blog is by far the easiest way to stay up-to-date on all Renae Johnson goings-on, I do promise to update the website on a regular basis with excerpts, news, etc.

EVEN NEWER! I've just signed my second contract with Loose Id for a holiday story, which right now I'm calling "Blessed Be." While I'm reluctant to give any solid details right now, I can tell you this--it's a bit of a fairy tale story about The One That Got Away, and features a magical bracelet, a Christmas wedding, fingerpaint and a candy cane vibrator.
